Space Hire

Project SpaceThe Project Space offers the opportunity for artists, curators and community groups to realise experimental works, and contribute towards an ambitious community-led programme.Lewisham Arthouse is committed to ensure our Project Space is accessible for anyone to hire. We acknowledge that social barriers may influence participation in, and enjoyment of the arts. In an effort to address this in our local communities, our application process is open to everyone, regardless of age or educational background. We particularly welcome applications from non-white, Black, Asian and minority ethnicity individuals and groups.Our hire fee to use the Project Space is amongst the most affordable in London. Workshop SpaceYou can hire space at Lewisham Arthouse as an affordable location for events, exhibitions, filming, meetings, projects, rehearsals or workshops. We offer competitive rates to commercial enterprises and flexible, subsidised rates to non-commercial community organisations, groups or individuals. We are often booked up to 6-12 months in advance.Our location benefits from DLR, overground, rail and bus links to central and greater London. Facilities


Open Access Dark Room

A fully equipped darkroom for black and white film processing and printing is available for hire. Facilities include one Medium format enlarger and one 35 mm format enlarger. All chemicals and equipment are provided with the booking fee. First time users are required to have an induction as an orientation and information session, which can be done separately or with your first visit. Kiln

The Arthouse has two ceramics kilns available to studio members and as an open access resource.
